Dr. Shreeram Iyer has 25 years of experience in the software industry. Amongst his many notable previous experiences was the role of Senior VP of International Operations at Patni Computers. He has a PhD by the European International University (EIU), Paris in the field of Computer Vision and Business Specification. He has Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. He has also pursued EP, Artificial Intelligence and Business specifications from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Amitabh has over 25 years of experience in IT, in multiple Senior Management roles in Operations, Account Management, Marketing and Business Development of Software Products and IT Solutions. He has extensive International exposure across the continents of US, Western Europe and South Asia through premier IT Organizations like Tata Consultancy Services, i-flex Solutions, Oracle Financial Software Services, QS Advisory, etc.

His investments include CreditEnable, one of the world's largest managed technology platforms for SME credit, Swipecast which lets you book talent directly without having to go through an agency, and The Roll Company, a Bombay-based QSR.

Most recently Juspreet headed up the talent division at SONY, prior to this he was the Executive Director at GS Entertainment for over a decade. Juspreet’s past work experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Carlin Equities, New York, and SAP America, a Fortune Global 500 Company. At present, Juspreet serves as the Founder and CEO of The Gratitude Company, a talent, brand, and enterprise advisory and management consulting firm. To complement his work experiences, Juspreet holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, USA (2001) with a dual major in Finance and MIS.

Aditya is a CISA certified seasoned Information Security Professional with 11+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting and technical sales. He specializes in areas such as data privacy, information security audits, ISO 27001 implementation, risk assessments, vendor risk management, and compliance reviews (including SSAE 18 & SOC 2). His expertise spans multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on ensuring robust security frameworks and alignment with global standards.

In addition to his core cybersecurity expertise, Aditya has worked extensively in Visual AI/ML operations, helping to enhance AI-driven security models that proactively identify and mitigate threats. His involvement in technical sales has allowed him to successfully position visual AI/ML solutions, showcasing their strategic value and real-world impact to clients. He has managed Middle East sales and operations for visual AI/ML products, driving business growth in a competitive landscape.

Aditya has also held leadership positions, serving as the Asia-Pacific Delivery Lead in cybersecurity, overseeing the implementation of comprehensive security solutions for regional clients. He has taken on CISO responsibilities, guiding enterprise-wide security strategies, managing incident response, and ensuring the integration of security measures with overall business goals, while driving continuous improvement in security frameworks.

His unique blend of expertise in both cybersecurity and visual AI/ML, combined with his leadership in sales and operations, allows Aditya to drive secure, data-driven innovation. Naresh Taneja

With over 46 years of experience in human resources and administration, Wg Cdr Naresh Taneja combines strategic leadership with practical expertise, fostering organizational excellence across diverse sectors. His career began with 21 years of service in the Indian Air Force, where he received specialized training at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research for officers' selection. This foundation in performance, discipline, and human psychology laid the groundwork for his transition into the private sector.

In his most recent role as Group President (HR and Administration) at a leading infrastructure company, Wg Cdr Taneja played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape for over 6,500 employees. He has been instrumental in driving digital transformation, cultivating agile leadership, and developing policies that enhance both organizational performance and employee engagement.
